1.  Fractional Vice President of Business Development

For principals needing an experienced, senior-level A/E/C professional to lead strategy, tactics, and comprehensive BD/marketing plan formation, without the cost and long-term commitment of hiring a full-time executive-level BD person.

This module focuses on integrating data from our 2025 End-User Survey. We’ll engage your BD/Marketing staff in the formation of a plan that meets the preferences of your End-Users and efficiently engages your Principals and Project Leaders.

 

2.  90 Day BD Plan Implementation

This planning process starts with your corporate vision for growth and results in a firm-wide BD plan with specific and measurable action steps assigned to stakeholders.

Our implementation process will regularly engage your stakeholders to monitor progress, coach actions, and communicate results of each assigned client/project pursuits

 

3.   60 Day BD Plan Implementation

This planning process focuses on integrating data from our 2025 End-User Survey. We’ll engage your BD/Marketing staff in the formation of a plan that meets the preferences of your End-Users and efficiently engages your Principals and Project Leaders.

Your BD/Marketing team will implement the plan using existing and/or newly created platforms that monitor

 

4.   Apprentice Training Implementation

he Apprentice Training Module is for principals that want to prepare their firms next generation for the business development responsibilities that come with firm leadership.

Unlike generic training programs, we use your firm’s own BD plan as the framework. Rising stakeholders gain hands-on experience by applying Fusion BD’s proven business development processes directly to your strategic goals and long-term vision for growth.

They will learn the basics of client development, networking, sales cycle, lead generation, and the role of marketing, as it relates to your firms strategic plan and vision for growth. Then they will develop and implement their own specific-and-measurable plan for engaging current and potential clients.
