Soft Skills Training I MODULE
As a principal you’ve likely discovered that project professionals such as architects, engineers, project managers, and technical staff are not always experience, comfortable, of even interested in the BD process. However the knowledge and application of soft skills is crucial in order to successfully engage current and potential clients in the continued growth of your firm.
Working one-on-one with project professionals we integrate their unique strengths and abilities with industry best practices to equip them with the tools to engage clients in prospecting/hunting, networking, trade/community organization involvement,
client meetings, and improved interview techniques.
Deliverables Include

INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT
Assessment process includes project experience, current level of client/industry engagement, and scoring of sales aptitude through one of several standardized sales personality profile assessments.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT PLAN
Individualized plan of client engagement identifying specific real-world opportunities to develop the soft skills of prospecting/hunting, networking, client meetings, and interview techniques.

IMPLEMENTATION
Targeted training and support in the specific areas of need based on the individual - including monitor progress, coach actions, communicate results, and celebrate success.
